Hood River Coffee Company appreciates every single customer, but we really appreciate our repeat customers and those customers who are referred to us by other customers. To show our appreciation, we've started the Hood River Coffee Company Espresso Points Program. The way the program works is that you earn Espresso Points either by purchasing products from the Hood River Coffee Company store or by referring a friend who makes a purchase. Accumulated Espresso Points can be used as discounts on future purchases.

Earning Points By Purchasing Products
You receive 1 point for every $1 you spend at Hood River Coffee Company. This includes the very first purchase! Every point is equivalent to $0.05 when applied against any future purchase at the Hood River Coffee Company online store. For example, say you accumulate 100 Espresso Points. You can apply them against any purchase and get a $5 discount, no matter what other specials are being offered. The more points you earn, the greater the discount.

Note, Espresso Points cannot be redeemed for cash, nor may they be applied towards shipping charges or other gratuities.

Earning Points by Referring Customer
If you refer someone to Hood River Coffee Company and they purchase something, you receive 100 Espresso Points. Better yet, we do not limit the number of referral awards you can earn!

To receive your points, make sure the person you refer types Your Name in the Promotion Code box in the Checkout page of the web site during their first purchase.

The only limitations are the person referred cannot already be registered with Hood River Coffee Company, the referred person must make a purchase and the referrer will not receive any Espresso Points for subsequent purchases of the person referred

Tracking your Espresso Points
Hood River Coffee Company automatically calculates and tracks Espresso Points. You can check your Espresso Points status any time by logging onto your account via "my account".

Redeeming Espresso Points
Redeeming your Espresso Points is simple. During checkout, every customer with a positive point balance will have the option to apply Espresso Points against their current purchase. For your convenience, we show the total available points and the dollar value on the Checkout page.
